Having support from a seasoned professional during one of the greatest transformations in life is crucial. A birth doula will provide educational, physical and emotional support on the road to life with baby. The standard birth doula package includes continual support through text/email/phone call as well as two in-person prenatal meetings to plan for birth and early postpartum, day-of birth support in home and/or at birthing location and two post-birth in person check-ins. Extra visits available on case by case basis.
